I can't imagine what it must've been like to see George Harrison walking the streets, LIMEY1! And to have caught so many groups on the cusp of fame playing pubs! Wow. You're a lucky man indeed.

I checked out Neal's link for the Day on the Green show in '77, Rundogdave. What a birthday gift! Was that your first concert?

Thanks for the links, Neal. Loved the turnstile shot! Brings back great memories. I'm familiar with Wolfgang's Vault. Going to have to poke around on there for more concert clips. Thoroughly enjoyed the footage of Zeppelin. Oh, and the dancing girl in the blue one-piece swimsuit doing ballet moves! So hot. :D Did we really go to concerts in our bathing suits?!

Oh, Steve. You saw Cream! I'm envious. You know you've done a concert proper when your ears ring for days after a show, I always say.

And now the "cheap" seats go for $100, John of MT. Crazy, huh? Floor tickets for the current Stones tour are going for $600! Pretty cool theory you have there, John. ;)

Thanks for sharing your memories guys. It's been fun reading them.
