Hi there, make sure that you are using alternate picking with small efficient movements. Try just the rhythm of the sixteenths with muted strings for rhythm practice, then make sure the right hand is on task; practice slow enough that you can play it correctly then speed it up. So, essentially yes, good old practice, but there are good practice habits to develop as well!
