Well, he has many amps on stage simply to look cool. Usually they have one on stage they use, and one as a back up.(which means you only need 2 cabinets, not 10)

And he probably slaves the TSL, and the actual gear he uses to create his sounds with is backstage with the guitartech.

This is just an assumption though.
