I don't have that tuner, but so long as it will display sharps and flats, you would tune your bass E down to D#, A to G# and so on.

They sometimes call that Eb tuning, but you probably won't find Eb on your tuner he's hanging out with B# :)

p.s. It's not really a deficiency; my pedal tuners display the same.
