They played at the end of a 12 hour event which featured the who's who of music on the Atlantic label.
With the young Jason Bonham on drums, Page Plant and Jones did their best with some tradtional numbers. They were not on top of their game, Plant's voice was off, Page was nervous and his playing was very stiff.
But you know what, nobody cared, its was Led Zeppelin, the gods of rock! Thats all that mattered,
Wish I had seen them in their glory days, but at least this memory to keep.
