That's one of the advantages of learning to read standard notation. I have come across errors before in the tabs. A simple thing like typing a 5 when it should have been a 4 changes the sound and you will never know. You'll play it and think it's right since the tab says so without realizing the mistake and noticing the difference in the standard notation.
