One of my favorites is Phil Keaggy's 'Sounds' from his 1985 'Getting Closer' album. The track is 6:09 long and the outro really begins around 3:20 and really kicks in around 4:19. Formerly of Glass Harp, he went solo around 1973 as a christian artist which reflects the lyrics in 'Sounds'.
