From what I have seen the SHUBB seems to be the smallest capo, being that it is small and doesn't stick off the side of the neck (ala Keyser.)
In order to hold all six strings down, and keep them in tune, the capo has to be a certain size to do so. They can't really get any smaller. Let me know if you find anything and I will do the same.
