It could be a number of things. If you're lucky, you can fix the problem by raising the saddle a little bit. If that doesn't work (or throws your intonation off), you may have a high fret that needs to be filed down (don't try it yourself unless you are experienced at guitar repairs & set ups). The problem could also be the neck twisting or bowing, in which case you'd need a truss rod adjustment. Don't try the latter two on your own, messing with that stuff (especially the truss rod) is a very easy way to ruin your guitar beyond repair. Have a tech take a look at your guitar.
