You don't always need scales written for every individual key. If you know the notes on the fretboard and the root notes in every shape, you can find the scale for the specific key by locating the root note on the fretboard. For example, the root for A major scale on the 6th string 5th fret, to practice the same shape in D major, just move up to the 10th fret on the 6th string and play the same shape. This also allows you to think more about the notes on the fretboard rather than refer to the books all the time, and can help with learning the fretboard more effectively.
