Hey, so here is the deal. I got this wonderful deal that a guy presented to me. I give him my Marshall JCM Slash signature 2555 top. And i get his Gibson Les Paul standard 2008 desert burst. I just heard alot of stuff about those Les Pauls. as you know the neck is made asymetrical and the guitar is also lighter than normal Les Pauls. Does any of you know how much different the neck is compared to other Les Pauls? I just heard stuff about people that can't get used to the new neck profile... Is it a good deal for me? please shed some lights on this for me.

also i will say now that i can't try out the guitar beforehand since the guy lives in Netherlands and me in Denmark..
