Hi grandpri7,

There are two hyperlinks that say: Click Here To Download Song Builder's Toolbox, and Click Here to Download Chord Theory Magic

In clicking either, your computer should open up a dialog box that asks where you want to download it, and whether to open it with a Zip or Archive utility application (recommended) or to save file.

If you save the file to your desktop, you should be able to double click it and an internal program built into your computer should be able to open it.

If for some reason your computer does not have a built in Zip Utility program, then we can suggest you get a free one online.
Here's a list of 166 free unzip utilities on download.cnet.com. cNet is a safe portal to get software from.

http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?tag=pfindersrch&searchtype=downloads&query=unzip&filter=platform=Windows|licenseName=Free|&filterName=platform=Windows|licenseName=Free|

The .pdf files enclosed in the unzipped folder will need to be opened with an application like Acrobat Reader which is a free application you can easily get from Adobe.com, if it's not already on your computer. Double click one of the .pdfs in the folder to see if you already have a program like this in place. If one of them opens, then all of the songbuilder chapters will open for you, and you're all set!

The .mp3 files in Chord Theory Magic should play in any popular audio player such as Windows Media Player or iTunes.

I truly hope all this information helps you out and assists you to opening and pursuing your Free Gifts from Guitar Tricks!
