hey, guys, what is the difference between locking and non-locking tuners? i've got a Fender Strat Tex-Mex Jimmy Vaughan that has tuning pegs with holes at the top instead of on the side. so, i have to insert the end of the string vertically instead of horizontally. then, i have to wind it by turning the tuners. but, i can't get it work. anyone else know how or have these type of tuners? thanks, all. peace.
