My mail deliver person asked me today what is a good Bass to buy her son. I don't know what she wants to spend or how good he is which are 2 big factors. if you were going to buy your first Bass guitar which one would you buy or recommend. I know when I started playing I had to have my Fender Jaguar. My dad bought it for me in 1965 but I wish I asked for a Stratocaster instead. Still have the Jag and still plays great. I have sentimental attachments to it, cause I don't play it much. Getting back to the Bass Guitar, all advice is welcome
