yes. this happens me too..In fact I use it (the break) as a tool to learning. it definately helps to take a break and come back... infact I'll be checking that philosophy out tonight :)
I see this also with training my horse. they have to "lick and chew" on it a while. you take a break on a new learning topic and come back the next day and they are so good at it.
