Hm, well if it fell inside, hopefully you got all the liquid out quickly. If there is damage it will be because it sat for too long and the wood soaked up the liquid. Depending on how much was absorbed, the worst that could happen is the wood can warp or weaken. If it wasn't a lot and you got it out/dry fast enough then you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about the strings. Those are meant to be replaced anyways of course.

The first thing I would do if I spilled liquid inside my guitar would be to flip it over instantly shake it around to make sure all that liquid got out. Then try to stuff some cloth or paper towels inside and dry it up as best I could. Again, the important part is how much the wood ABSORBED.

Think of it like normal wood getting wet. Depending on how much water it is, the wood could warp or get "mushy".

Edit: Just noticed you said only some "drops" went in. If that's it then I wouldn't worry about it. You should be fine.
