You guys are all youngsters compared to me. I'm 60 and started 2 years ago. Doing well enough to impress my grandchildren around a campfire with simple cords. Thought I'd be satisfied with that, but now that I got a taste of it, would like to learn more. Took private lessons, but my particular instructor did not have a plan. He'd ask me what I wanted to learn, but I didn't know enough to know what I should learn. I like the way GT is organized. I can look at the program and work towards goals. So far, it's working well for me. Hope it works for you.
