Hey folks . While me and Chris Schlegel are working on my posture/wrist holding guitar problems. I figured since school is pretty much over for me till next fall.

I would start finding ways to strengthen my back and other parts that would help with posture to holding the guitar and increase strength in the shoulders, wrists and hands/fingers.

So what daily exercises would be good to help a musician keep in shape and improve his guitar playing . Before I took up the way of the musician I used to play a lot of pc games and that is where I really picked up the bad habit of slouching and bad back problems .

If I am to seriously consider becoming a musician I need to be in good shape , lose weight, raise my confidence . have more energy and overall have real good back/body posture .

In terms of exercises I like to swim and biking a lot but I don't know if this would help with the issues I am having . I am open to perhaps geting a fitness gym membership if that would help.

Anyways I'm always open to suggestions/tips
