Well, I would not keep my fingers ready to play their notes, but I would bar the 12 fret on the 2 highest strings, then play the 15 with my ring(once I have played the high E) and then bend the 14 with my ring, helped with my index behind it to reach the target note.

Why don't I use my pinky? Because that's what BB does... (sorry, no good reasons)
