Ok, before I get the standard reply of "practice it at 50 bpm and increase". Ill explain that I am fully aware and use that method constantly, but Im tooking for a technique correction and not a speed improvement reply :)

Ok everyone that has studied blues guitar in rock (GnR, UFO..etc)has seen this lick right here.

Its basicly used as a method of taking the 12...15p12 triplet and adding the unison bend to make even eight notes in a 4/4 bar. I have no problem doing the triplet above 200 bpm. But I cant even begin to add that bend because the fingering I use for the triplet doesn't seem to allow for a quick reaction bend. I have no teacher here to ask so I have to ask you guys about it.

The most logical way it seems for me to play this is by barring the bottom two strings (E & B) with index at fret 12. I have my pinky at 15 on B ready to pull off. and my ring at 14 (with middle) ready to bend. IT works in theory, but when I apply it...my fingers are always slipping and whatnot. Does anyone else use a different technique for this lick?
