Welcome to the site! What lessons are you guys currently working on? Playing chords is good practice and helps get those callouses going. Don't forget you can always take on other styles as well.. for example, while working on my lead skills, I'm also going through Lisa McCormick's acoustic fingerpicking lessons which are really fun. :)
