Instead of thinking of this as a problem, maybe you should consider it an opportunity. A HUGE number of IPads were sold for Christmas. Imagine the number of new clients you could receive if you advertised your IPad compatibility. I think the revenue earned from this would outweigh the cost to covert the videos. This honestly wouldn't be that expensive and really wouldn't take very long to do.
