Nothing wrong with the Jazz, the JB&Jazz combo are Seymour Duncan's personal favorite combination, who am I to argue with him. Your vol pot will be fine, since you have one vol pot I myself would probaly opt for a 1Meg pot as a compromise because of the difference in impedence between the JB and the Jazz. You can't go wrong with your choices, I think they are very good and I hope you enjoy your new sound.
