I have spent an embarrassment of time trying to get my left fingers to work with me. Even though I am faithful to general exercise my wrist was tiring and my hand felt contorted. Yesterday I had a fortunate accident, the strap broke. I always prefer to stand so I purchased a new one directly but was concerned when I got home and noticed it was shorter. I tried it and to my delight the difficult bits became easy. Apparently, for me, it is much easier if my wrist is not too low.
