After 3 or 4 months I found my printing problem. IT WAS NOT GUITAR TRICKS it was that my computer be old 6yrs. is old in todays world that it didn't work. something to do with 32 and 64 bites I believe. So I have to say SORRY GUITR TRICKS. JOHN M BERG
