Hey Folks < really having a blast learning the chords and love the challenges that the guitar is throwing at me . Anyways by following Chris's advice I was wondering when it come to barring the F chord if I need a lot of calous in my fingers .

The C major chord and G major chord I'm having good success with although practice makes perfect bu anyways when it comes to the F chord I can fret B,G,D chords decently although I still have issues with arching but it has improved But yeah barring E and B chords still facing a lot of trouble .

So was wondering if the problem with barring chords has to do with my fingers not being hard enough .

I really want to nail the bar chords and have lots of patience , But any suggestions would definetely help
