I everyone i start to learn how to play a guitar and i using a classic guitar for that, i try to play the A minor cord as shown below like christopher schlegel show in the video.

whit practice i mange to do it, but when i try combine it whit the E cord

in Israeli song i found that they use other combination of fingers to make the E & Am cords, the combination shown below.

my questions is what the difference between the to styles and what the correct way to play this cords ?
