If you change your sharps to flats, those mode look a little easier to understand. The problem starts here:

F minor: F - A-flat - C

And the modes make more sense, too:

F Aeolian: F - G - Ab - Bb - C - Db - Eb (key of Ab)
F Dorian: F - G - Ab - Bb - C - D - Eb (key of Eb)
F Phrygian: F - Gb - Ab - Bb - C - Db - Eb (key of Db)
