All you have to do is to sound the harmonic at a fret and quickly fret the string. Then you can bend it however you want. It looses a bit of volume in the process but it's a good thing to learn if you're not comfortable with pinch harmonics. You can also bend them by pushing the string around behind the nut but this eventually distunes the guitar.
