First, for sheer finish, the Schecter Black Cherry is unbeatable...to me anyway.

After that, it seems a comparison of bridges and pick ups. That's a matter of taste. Do you need a T-bar? Choice is easy then, the Ibanez. Pick Ups can be replaced but kind of a pain if you didn't like them and spent all that cash.

That said, neither is a loser. Both are nice instruments. I realize this is not really helpful but it is a comparison of features and what a most important to you.

I tend against the Ibanez simply because it's essentially a version of the Iceman and I'd look at it every time and think 'Paul Stanley'. Not bad but I'd only pick it up when I'm in a Kiss mood ;)
