well I can tell you i have started to play at 46 years..and love every single bit of it..it can take alot of time to learn something,but if you REALLY want to learn you will give yourself the time it takes..as for a guitar I must have 30 in the house..and the on I chose for me is a gitano..it is not a popular make but I love it..you have to go with want feels right for you..I would not change my Gitano..the feel of a guitar will tell you if it is right for you..don't give up on playing, it took me a year befour I can really say I am not bad..GOOD LUCK
