I really miss the Corvette that I owned back in the early 70s. Coolest guitar I've ever owned. Wish I could win this one.

[QUOTE=Neal Walter]October Sweetwater Gear Review Giveaway – Gretsch Corvette
Never tried the Corvette, probably because the Gretsch holllow bodies are all so sweet and amazing. Of course, I don't OWN a White Falcon, because I am a mere mortal and unworthy, but I have had my hands on a Country Gentleman, a Setzer model, and once a couple of years ago, even the Rev.Heat model - which sounded fantastic(I got to plug that in). I am primarily a bass player, but the guitar player in my band has a couple of Gretsch's - I think a Chet Atkins model - and the pick up's are like no other guitar I have ever heard in person. His Gretsch's rock any amp to a new level, tube or solid state. No pedals required.
Gretsch's are just great guitars

Did I mention: Wow, I would love to win this giveaway!
