This is one of those "Which Guitar Is Better" questions that maybe can't be answered, but for the sake of fun and entertainment, I thought I would ask: Which would you buy, a high-end Epiphone Les Paul or a low-end Gibson Les Paul? (Or SG, etc.)

(Especially since certain GT Instructors recently have an Epiphone endorsement and therefore Epi's are cooler than ever!)

Just curious for opinions.
