I would most likely be pulling off from the 13th fret after I'm done with the first 3 notes going downwards.
When you say finger picking I'm assuming you mean hybrid picking (Pick+Finger) or I think its also referred to as Chicken picking. Am I right?
I would be using a pick straight through.

Just wanted to make sure if using the ring finger on the B string is OK.
