Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but could any one recommend a good electric guitar tuner for a beginner?

Also I take it this site is good for learning electric guitar, most of the free videos seem to be acoustic.

And I take it there is no problem with me being from the UK, obviously I pay in $ and the bank converts it to £ but just want to make sure there is no T&Cs stopping it :)
