I have heard great things about this awsome stomp box. I have a couple of other boxes but nothing like this little jewel.
I have never ordered from Sweetwater but I'm definitly gonna check them out too.

What does this piece of equipment offer for a relative beginner? Or is this a "once you're an established musician and cranking out tunes in a band" tool?

No Dan, this pedalboard would be handy for anyone. Basically if you're new at playing, this unit will make anything you do sound like something cool. As long as you're still learning how to actually play it can be a handy addition to your sound. It would also be a good way to get familiar with guitar effects..maybe overload, this unit has a lot!
