A good fuc*k is great, 10 beers, some easy guitar solos, Chromatic scale, play some riffs with screaming pinch technique than do som triplet scales, play some chords and pick arps, do a few sweep licks, than mix some triplet run with chromatic and penta scales and at the end another fuc*k and you´re ready to go.
