:D I recently got the itch to start playing again after a long break (about 20yrs).So I called my mom up and asked her if she had kept my old guitar around(you know she did)b'cuz I wanted to bring it out of the dead & start playing again. There it was that old thing, so I took to the local shop to have it brought back to life, turns out I had no idea what I had in my possesion. As soon as I walked in with my old wornout Gibson case the dude at the shop was anxy to see what I had.I was very surprised to see his reaction to my old Gibson ES335.He asked me if I wanted to sell it, I had no interest b'cuz she was my first & only guitar & I wanted to get back in the groove. He did a great job as if it were his.He suggested that if everything was in working order to leave her original(except for strings ofcourse).Ive done some research now I know what a nice piece of history I proudly own. She is a original '78 model, maybe not the most sought after year but worth a pretty penny nonetheless. If you have some info or have played one, give me your opinion on this great guitar. Also if anyone has any idea what the name of the color is plz bless me with your knowledge. It is an original (not repaint) like maroon or red wine. One full body color tone.
