That was one of the easiest chords for me to learn actually. When you say you practice for 10 minutes a day, is that just on this, or you practice guitar in general for 10 minutes? If that's the case, you need to be practicing way more. I would spend 10 minutes or more alone just on practicing the Dmaj chord if its giving you problems.
