The od/distortions all go in front of the input. 2 eqs? One in front, one in the loop. Chorus can go either way depending on what you want, but the loop after the eq, before the delay gives you the cleanest result. I don't really get your whole approach with all the distortion pedals and eqs. You should get a tone out of the amp and dump all that extra nonsense. I personally think that pedals are optional gravy. Your real tone should come from the hands/guitar and amp.
