The action on the bass side (thicker strings) is usually higher than the side with thinner strings. This is because the bass strings tend to move more when they vibrate.

If the original action has changed unevenly, there may be a problem with the Floyd Rose. If the higher action on the bass side is something you just noticed now, it may be OK.
