You guys should check out Michael Angelo of Holland and Nitro. He plays a doubleneck V-shaped Dean guitar with both necks pointing different directions, he plays it using an incrediability fast legato technique with both hands, each on a different neck. To me he is the fastest shredder(also Guitar One Magizine's fastest too...).
