I'd suggest trying Mood For a Day, by Steve Howe. If you're not familiar with it, it's all over youtube. It's a for guitar only, so you don't have to worry about singing ;). Also, if you read minimal music, you'd be able to learn it, as I did a million yrs ago. It's Clap I still have a problem with. If you don't know it, it's a flamenco-ish kind of tune, and every '70s rocker is familiar with it. Let us know what you decide.
