I don't know much about Legacy guitars, but theres a million low end, strat copy brands out there and they're all pretty much the same as far as quality. The thing is, how does it feel in your hands? If it plays good to you and you like the way it sounds/feels, are you going to want to know what other people think. If someone with a PRS Custom 22 picks that up they're going to say its junk, but for a begginner, its perfect. I have 3 other guitars that play really well compared to my old strat copy (first guitar,) but I still like playing on the strat every now and then because it feels good in my hands.
