Well practice 5 min in the mornings, when you got time, bored, bed time, your waiting for a friend (etc) to come over practice 5 mins. Way Better and faster way to improve than 3 hours every other day.
Keep a practice schedule, work on stuff that troubles you for 3 min and stuff you got down 2 min. :cool:
If you can practice 30 mins a day, break that up into smaller bites. :D Good Luck
