The start and main riff of Voodoo Chile are extremely easy to learn without tabs.. the solo.. well that's fairly straight forward too.. E minor pentatonic is what you are looking for when it comes to the scale. Not sure about Castles Made of Sand.. but yeh.. just google it like elklander suggested.. or you could try and see if Power Tabs has them..

Oh yes.. one thing I forgot to mention is that Jimi likes to use lowered tunings.. so you'll probably find that those two songs have the guitar tuned either half a step or a whole step down.
