I would have to agree with acapella as well. I find it hard to believe that people didn't post on the forums or join as a full member because the chat was empty.

As for the Voice Chat I bet most didn't even know it was here. I for one rarely go on the Full Access Forum because most of the action is in the open forum. It would make more sense to me anyway to post new features in the open forums. It might even be a draw to those who aren't full access to join just to have access to such a resource.
