if by crazy u mean bad i guess some would say that everyone in my neighborhood pays extra taxes to have police constantly patrol the area there were a group of kids running around egging houses, smashing lights, and slashing tires and every now and again street signs are stolen but alot of that has gotten better since the cops started coming around but they also break up all the partys really early and crap like that
