I think "Layla" by Derek And The Dominos is up there(even if it was a bit over played at one time) just goes to show how good it was. I like "Reelin in the Years" as well (Great solos by Larry Carlton) I believe. If I would have been posing this a quite few years back I would have mentioned "Frankenstien" by Edgar Winter or even "Hocus Pocus" by Focus.
