Thanks guys... yeah, the bends were uncontrolled. I was trying to play faster than I normally do and think at the same time....

equator - I really liked the 'hook' you used to hold the piece together. And the tone was cool!
Can you play "Far Far Away?"

Yes - how far would you like?

Ya...I like jamming on this track with the C# Dorian on the half time part, then on the fast part I use Aeolian, and even phrygian. I tried out lydian (F aeolian) and its got a wierd tone to it. It sounds exotic, but make sure to hit the C# time and again to make it sound right. And don't use F aeolian long. Just for little licks!! :D

The thing is, i would lay my track down if my Zoom G2.1u pedal would come back in the mail from the repair place in New york so I can record again!!! ERRRRRR

here's my submission.

Quickfingers

didnt spend more than an hour or so on the entire thing, and frankly i was exhausted from practicing all day. my fingers where a bit on the de-cline unfortunately.

Hey, this is GUITARtricks not glockenspiel and violin tricks :D

Very nice take. Lots of interesting stuff going on. Fingers sounded OK to me!
And I like the backdrop on your myspace. No bonus points for that though! :)

hahaha, yea, -10 points for the glockenspiel-ish thing in the beginning.

its just that...well, this kind of stuff shows the worst side of my playing, honestly. it makes me sound like kirk hammett or something. i can never get into any kind of melodic organization with a bt like this. it just turns into me playing ****ty pentatonic runs that sound exactly the same after 20 seconds.
